All PIO cardholders are, however, required to obtain fresh OCI cards issued in their name. The PIO cardholders resident in Poland and Lithuania may file their application online at and submit the signed application, along with two documents only – a copy each of the valid PIO card & the current valid passport – at the Embassy of India in Warsaw for verification. The service is rendered free-of-charge.
