The Much looked forward event of the Consular Camp in Kaunas and Vilnius was a resounding success with 98 successful documents issued and nearly a dozen or more Consultations offered.
The camp which is becoming a tri-yearly Road-Show kind courtesy the Ambassador of India to Poland and Lithuania was conducted by the three officers from the Indian Embassy over the weekend of 24-25-26 March,2017 who did a tremendous job in spite of the long hours that too on a weekend ably assisted by Ms. Gabriele, Coordinating Assistant, who had done meticulous planning. The Cooperation extended by the Indian Community, almost all students, were a perfect example of patience.
A big credit goes to the ever cooperative International Relations Department of the Kaunas Technical University(KTU) whose staff have extended care and cooperation in every way even though the weekend is very important to them to catch up with the family issues.
A word of advice for the Indian Community in Lithuania to try and avail of this service provided at their doorsteps every 3-4 months apart in more numbers.
In all a Job well done by our guests from the Indian Embassy in Warsaw.
