This weekend all Indian citizens, especially students, had a possibility to meet the Consular team from the Embassy of India in Warsaw. They were gladly welcomed at the Honorary Consulate of India in Vilnius on Saturday and at the Kaunas University of Technology on Sunday.
49 citizens, mostly students, were provided with miscellaneous consular services. Everything went smoothly and successfully, students were listened and assisted with any issues they had.
According to the Honorary Consul of India to Lithuania Rajinder Chaudhary, Consular Camps organized by the Embassy of India and the Honorary Consulate are highly important and useful for both sides. Students have a possibility to meet the Officials from the Embassy and get the consular assistance they need in order to continue living and studying in Lithuania. These Camps also help to save time and money, because Indian citizens and students do not need to travel the long way to Warsaw to take care of the same documents.
Our compliments to Ms Kaushal Israni, the Consular Attache, and Mr Sandeep Kumar Gautam, the Assistant Consular Officer, for providing professional support and pleasant atmosphere to the Indian citizens in Lithuania.
We hope to see them again soon in Vilnius and Kaunas!
